“It took me a while to surrender to Ibiza. At first, I kept my distance – maybe out of stubbornness, maybe because I didn’t want to fall for the obvious beauty of it all. But the island has its own way of working on you. It doesn’t insist. It waits. My connection began by the sea, during a quieter, more solitary time in my life. I was spearfishing, spending long days in the water, in silence. There was something about the rhythm of it – the focus, the patience – that mirrored what I needed internally.
